excellent Wi-Fi, easy access to Pearson Park, cleanliness of rooms

A noticeable lack of staff presence especially during nights when noise issues arise!!! An unsettling feeling regarding emergency protocols without staff availability!!! Room decor could use some serious upgrades!!!

The room was really well-kept, and having access to the spa was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The pool area was a nice little getaway, too! Only downside was that the towels could’ve been a bit larger. 🏊

The room was surprisingly spacious with a comfy bed and extra pillows. An efficient bathroom with plenty of hot water. I loved the good tea and coffee facilities, making my stay relaxing! I would definitely stay here again!

I had a pleasant experience during my recent stay, with my room being clean, simple, and surprisingly comfortable. It served its purpose perfectly for a quick stopover and the shower provided plenty of hot water. I think the hotel could enhance the ambiance further by upgrading the seating in common areas.

We crashed here for a night and it was super convenient. The beds? Really comfy! The vibe was chill, and checking in after 9pm was a breeze. The staff were so friendly. The bar area was nice, but the place could use a bit of updating. Still, totally worth it for an overnight stop!

Honestly, it was more of a place to crash than enjoy. On the bright side, there was a TV, and the bathroom was clean. Super close to the city center, which was nice. Just felt like I overpaid for what I got.
